Terms of Service for Serelune Luxury Apartment Selection

1. Scope of Offerings

Serelune provides three main categories: luxury apartment selection consulting services, digital information products, and physical goods.

1.1. Consulting Services

Our team offers personalized assistance in identifying and securing luxury apartment accommodations. Consultations begin upon confirmation and continue as agreed in each booking.

1.2. Information Products

We offer digital guides, market analyses and curated listings delivered via download. Access begins immediately after payment confirmation.

1.3. Physical Goods

Physical items include branded merchandise. Shipment details are provided at purchase.

2. Booking and Payment

Charges must be completed through the channels on our site. Pricing is confirmed at booking. Consulting services commence upon booking confirmation. Digital information products are accessible after payment. Physical goods ship after processing.

3. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

3.1. Consulting Services

Clients may request a refund within 14 days of booking provided no work has begun. Approved requests will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 days of approval. Service transfers to another date are available upon request at least 10 days before scheduled start. If work has commenced or results have been delivered, refunds are not permitted.

3.2. Information Products

Digital products are non refundable once access has been granted due to irreversible delivery. If a product has not been downloaded, a full refund may be processed upon request within 7 days of purchase.

3.3. Physical Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Once sent back items pass inspection, the item price will be reimbursed to the original payment method within 7 days. Clients are responsible for outbound shipping unless the item is defective.

4. No Refund Services

Certain exclusive booking packages marked as “Final Sale” do not qualify for any refund or transfer due to specially negotiated rates and reserved allocations. This condition is stated at time of booking and agreed by the client.

5. Modifications

Serelune reserves the right to update these terms. Major changes will be communicated via email or by a notice on our website.
